“If you have booked your event with us, it is understood that you agree to the
terms & conditions.”

Booking & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event.
In case of cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to the event date, we only offer a 50% refund of the total amount.
In case of a date change, Rs. 5,000 will be charged per event. Subject to availability.
Extra hours beyond the agreed duration will be charged per hour and must be settled then and there.
Any on-the-spot add-ons are subject to availability & full payment.

If the start of the service is delayed due to client, venue, or third-party vendors (e.g., stage, decor not ready), the scheduled time will still run as agreed and we are not liable to give extra time.
Only 1 template design is included in the package price; re-design will cost extra.
Our time of arrival at the venue is 30-60 min (photobooth) & 15-30 min (phonebooth) before the designated time slot. If requested otherwise, there will be additional charges.
We do not let anyone operate our booth except our operator.
The booth will be set up at one location and will not be moved once set up; any relocation must be requested in advance.

The client must provide a working power outlet near the booth.
The client is responsible for guest/management behavior with our staff. We reserve the right to stop the service if guests are being aggressive or the equipment is being mishandled.
In the rare event of technical failure, our liability is limited to a partial or full refund, depending on usage & circumstances.
In the event of bad weather and no backup arrangement, the service may be cancelled without a refund. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, power outages, political unrest, etc.).
Photos & Videos may be used for our portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests otherwise before the event.
